Wall Framing System
Wlal framing forms a critical part ni EkoFrame IBS System. tI has significant environmental benefits over traditional methods. The system holds innate characteristics of steel such as non-combustibility, termite and mold resistance and dimensional stability.
Floor System
EkoFrame IBS System provides floor system called SpeedFloor. There are 2 types of floor system, SpeedFloor C-Joist System and EkoFrame Floor Joist.
Floor Finishing
After the Speedfloor System, there are 2 types of finishing, Super Power Floor Deck with BRC & Concrete and Cellulose Fibre Cement Board.
Roof Truss
Lightweight Roof Truss System is also one of the important part in EkoFrame
IBS System.
Electrical Connection
EkoFrame IBS System provides further advantage with pre-punched plumbing and electric service holes which could reduce labour costs at the site and this could shorten the work schedule on-site.
Plumbing Installation
The special punch-outs enable several
trades, such as plumbing, HVAC, technology, and electrical to take advantage of access routes for various services while sturdy, long floor spans are maintained.
